Now Hiring - Inside Sales Representative in Stockton, CA

Responsible for delivering outstanding customer service through counter sales at the building materials contractor store and yard Stockton location.

Job Summary
1. Staffs the front counter including checking out customer purchases using the appropriate accounting process.
2. Follows through on sales leads and obtains all necessary information including job specifications and take-off of projects to bid.
3. Prepares bid worksheets with unit prices.
4. Submits bids with contractor(s) via fax, letter, in person, electronic file submission or other means.
5. Immediately reports customer concerns/complaints to Sales, Operations, Quality Control and Accounting staffs to resolve customer issues.
6. Maintain awareness of company QC goals and objectives, company sales policies and procedures, changes in the marketplace, pricing, policies, quality, service and credit terms.
7. Communicates with customers via telephone, computer, letter, fax or other means.
8. Makes sales call to customers when necessary.
9. Attends seminars to develop product knowledge.
10. Always work safely and take action to prevent any and all unsafe actions, processes, and behaviors.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. High school graduate or GED equivalent.
2. Valid drivers’ license.
3. Strong language and math skills
4. Strong Computer Skills
5. Preference for bi-lingual English/Spanish speaking skills.
